TMN is the only fully documented manufacturer of post WW2 plastic handle M4 bayonets for actual issue to US troops. Manufactured beginning in 1954, TMN (Turner Manufacturing of
Statesville, NC USA) produced 298,691 bayonets. This specimen has the original grips
and the DAS stamp on the handle side of the guard. Notice the square back cut on the blade. This is early production model, somewhat more rare, with the blade made for TMN by Camillus.
